香港芭蕾舞團駐團身心健康輔導主任、香港大學哲學博士、註冊社工、註冊英國皇家舞蹈學院導師、PCT註冊導師、註冊美國Barre Intensity®教練、RYT ®200註冊瑜伽導師、註冊正念瑜伽身心療癒師、美國舞蹈治療協會舞蹈動作治療實習生


內容:親愛的您曾為生活中無常的大小事,感到喘不過氣,凡事缺乏靈感,步伐變得沉重、無力嗎?「心感靈動」舞蹈祭邀請您參與我們最後的Retreat「躺平躍舞 - 讓身心接地氣  」,暫時放開雜念,一起透過正念舞動(Mindful movements)及身心動作探索(Somatic exercises),在大自然的懷抱中覺察身體內在的氣息,好好照顧儲藏在身體裏的思緒和重量,然後重新出發。


語言:以廣東話進行


對象:任何18歲以上,希望透過舞動探索並整合身心靈之人士。歡迎有特殊需要及輪椅人士參與。(請於報名時註明)

The Momentum - Wellness through Dance festival welcomes you to join our final Retreat “Earthing the Mind-body”, where we let go of distractions and dive into mindful movements and somatic exercises in nature. Let's reconnect with our inner rhythm and care for the heaviness stored in our bodies, setting off anew.


Language: Conducted in Cantonese


Target: Those who aged 18+ and wish to explore and integrate body, mind and soul through dance.

Melody多年委身於與舞者身心健康 (Health for Dancers) 及舞動健康(Dance for Health)相關之工作 ,積極把藝術元素融入心理輔導當中。她現為香港芭蕾舞團駐團身心健康輔導主任,於大專院校客席授課,並透過研究及實踐藝術介入手法,與社區團體合作舉辦舞蹈及動作治療、正念瑜伽活動,以推廣舞者及長期病患者之身心整全健康 (Holistic well-being)。


過去,Melody以一級榮譽畢業於香港大學社會工作及社會行政學系,副修心理輔導。她曾從事青少年精神健康工作,並榮獲香港大學博士研究生獎學金,加入香港芭蕾舞團,作為舞蹈員及學術研究員完成有關舞蹈員情緒健康的人種誌研究(Ethnographic study) ,並於舞蹈醫學相關的國際研討會發表她的研究成果。


Dr. Melody Hiu Ying Fung's lifelong passion for ballet has led her to explore the profound connection between body and self, as well as to engage with communities through dance.

Specializing in "Artists' Well-being" and "Dance for Health”, Melody has dedicated many years to integrating arts into psychological counseling. She currently serves as the Company Wellness Counselor at the Hong Kong Ballet, where she also lectures at tertiary institutions. Through her research and implementation of art-based therapeutic interventions, Melody collaborates with community groups to organize dance and movement therapy, mindfulness yoga activities to promote holistic well-being among dancers and individuals with chronic illnesses.


In her early career, Melody graduated with first-class honors from the University of Hong Kong with a degree in Social Work and Social Administration, minoring in counseling. As a registered social worker, she worked with young people and their families with mental health difficulties, and was awarded the HKU PhD scholarship to conduct an ethnographic study on artists’ well-being. Melody has presented her research findings at international conferences on dance medicine and rehabilitation.
