- Strategies: "Do's and Dont's" for fostering a supportive environment in the dance studio, both from a student and teacher's perspective

- Bullying: what is it, and how it affects both the students' and teachers

- Nurturing positive self-talk in teachers and students

心理治療師/輔導員 Psychotherapist/ Counsellor


自6歲起學習芭蕾舞,曾為皇家芭蕾舞團、英格蘭國家芭蕾舞團、西區劇院一員,並於影視界表演。豐富的舞蹈經驗使他能以心理角度明白舞者的需要,並以此廣泛應用在他於世界各地進行的工作坊及服務。


Trained in ballet from age 6, a member of both The Royal Ballet, London’s Festival Ballet (now English National Ballet) and performed in West End musicals, Film and TV. Terry is in a unique position to understand the mental health needs of dancers and uses that in his therapy sessions and mental health self-care workshops worldwide.
