講者劉天明先生(賽馬會「觸動」舞蹈計劃)、王琪博士及馮曉瀅博士(賽馬會「柏動愛」柏金遜症關懷計劃)、Erica Rose Jeffrey, PhD (Dance for PD) 、郭欣欣女士社區文化發展中心主辦「銀舞翩翩——樂齡舞動防跌計劃」)

內容:請來多個以柏金遜症及防跌為題的舞動健康計劃代表,分享其計劃理念與特色。

語言:以廣東話及英語進行,設人工智能翻譯(需自備智能手機)

對象:有意了解相關計劃之人士

溫浩然博士現職香港大學行為健康教研中心從事學術研究、教學及社會實務工作。溫博士於香港大學取得博士學位,並曾於香港大學及香港中文大學進行心理學碩士深詣。溫博士現為香港大學社會科學碩士(行為健康)課程的副總監。溫浩然博士的研究範圍包括「靜觀為本」及「慈悲導向」介入手法的臨床應用,以及本地化的整全健康的介入模式。

內容:作為舞蹈表演者,我們都醉心透過舞蹈的藝術啟發他人;如此同時,為個人培養慈悲心與面對逆境時的復原力同樣重要。這個輕鬆的「愛己達人」靜觀自我關懷工作坊將有助你提昇你對精神健康狀況的意識,改善你的身心靈健康。工作坊中我們會透過簡單的「靜觀/正念」與「自我關懷」的小技巧幫助大家管理壓力、增進幸福感、以及在日常生活中實踐正念生活的習慣。自我關懷的修習不但能有效改善個人的精神健康,亦有助我們在身處的專業界別建立更人性化、更和諧的社群。

Dr. Adrian Wan is a researcher, educator, registered social worker, and compassion-informed psychotherapist at the Centre on Behavioral Health, The University of Hong Kong. He obtained his PhD under the Faculty of Social Sciences, HKU; and had attended postgraduate trainings in HKU and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He is currently the Deputy Director of the Master of Social Sciences (Behavioral Health) Program at HKU. Dr. Wan’s research focuses on applying mindfulness-based interventions to enhance the well-being of individuals.

Content: As dance professionals, you dedicate yourselves to performing and inspiring others, but it is equally important to nurture your resilience and compassion. Join us for an engaging and supportive workshop designed to enhance your mental health awareness and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being. This workshop will guide you through mindfulness practices and self-compassion techniques to help manage stress, foster well-being, and establish a daily wellness routine. Through sharing and guided mindfulness exercises, we will explore how self-compassion can transform your personal and professional life, fostering a more supportive and compassionate community.

4.3 真人圖書館:舞動健康課程的生成要訣
Human Library: Developing a “Dance for Health” programme

講者Erica Rose Jeffery, PhD

首位在澳洲受「Dance for PD®」認證的老師,Erica Rose同時持有創意產業的PhD,在昆士蘭科技大學專注研究舞蹈和「建立和平」(peacebuilding)。在澳洲主要城市,她是推廣舞蹈於柏金遜疾病的運用之一大推力,更曾到訪過澳洲、紐西蘭、馬來西亞、日本、南韓、中國各地舉辦多次導師培訓工作坊。

內容:如何從零碎的試驗構建成有系統的舞動健康計劃?過程會有什麼困難?且看資深藝術家的經驗之談,從中找到自己的方法。

語言:以英語進行,設人工智能翻譯(需自備智能手機)

對象:藝術工作者、治療師、專職醫療工作人、學者
Speaker: Erica Rose Jeffery, PhD

The first Dance for PD® certified teaching artist in Australia, Erica Rose holds a PhD in Creative Industries focusing on Dance and Peacebuilding from Queensland University of Technology. She has been the driving force behind successful Dance for Parkinson’s programs in all major Australian cities, and has conducted more than a dozen teacher training workshops in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and China.

Content: How a structured dance for health programme is developed from sketches and what are the potential obstacles?  Having an initial insight shared by an experienced artist could enhance our success on the same path.
