5.1 「為柏金遜起舞: 基礎與探索」工作坊(第一部分)
“Dance for Parkinson’s: Foundation and Exploration” Workshop – Part 1

主持:Erica Rose Jeffrey, PhD

首位在澳洲受「Dance for PD®」認證的老師,Erica Rose同時持有創意產業的PhD,在昆士蘭科技大學專注研究舞蹈和「建立和平」(peacebuilding)。在澳洲主要城市,她是推廣舞蹈於柏金遜疾病的運用之一大推力,更曾到訪過澳洲、紐西蘭、馬來西亞、日本、南韓、中國各地舉辦多次導師培訓工作坊。
內容:此工作坊的導師及內容皆來自著名馬克.莫里斯 舞團轄下的Dance for PD®課程,其為一個針對柏金遜症患者而設的系統性課程,原課程有特定的修習規限,由淺入深,並附設導師培訓項目。
此環節為Dance for PD課程的基礎介紹,配合互動性的形體工作坊,並專注於可行性、藝術探索、共融性等示例活動教授基礎原理。
語言:以英語進行
對象:藝術工作者、治療師、專職醫療工作人、學者(是次工作坊為整個Dance for PD認證課程的基礎,尤其適合有意在未來作持續進修及考獲認證之人士。)
**完成7月5日兩節工作坊的參加者,可申請由香港舞盟與 Dance for PD® 簽發的出席證書,以獲取10個專業發展積分點。

Facilitator: Dr. Erica Rose Jeffrey, PhD
The first Dance for PD® certified teaching artist in Australia, Erica Rose holds a PhD in Creative Industries focusing on Dance and Peacebuilding from Queensland University of Technology. She has been the driving force behind successful Dance for Parkinson’s programs in all major Australian cities, and has conducted more than a dozen teacher training workshops in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and China.
Content: The workshop is led and designed by Dance for PD® under the infamous Mark Morris Dance Group. Dance for PD® is a course designed for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. In designed timeframe, students are invited step by step into learning and trained with teaching specialty.
This session is an Introductory presentation about the Dance for PD approach, followed by an interactive movement workshop focusing on sample activities embodying key foundational principles like accessibility, artistic exploration, and inclusion.
This workshop will introduce the basic concept and structure of Dance for PD®, and demonstrate a brief experience for participant, to learn in both theologically and practically.

Target: Artists, therapists, allied health practitioners, scholars (This workshop is a foundation for other advanced Dance for PD programme and especially suitable for those who intended to obtain certification through continuous professional learning.)
**Those who have completed the 2 workshops on July 5 are eligible to apply for a participation certificate granted by Hong Kong Dance Alliance and Dance for PD® and receive 10 professional development credits.
5.2 真人圖書館:觸動時光
Human Library: Dance Well‧Our Good Times

講者: 賽馬會「觸動」舞蹈計劃團隊、教學藝術家、舞者
內容:在本次活動,您將有機會以「讀者」的身份與一系列「真人圖書」互動,分享關於 賽馬會「觸動」舞蹈計劃的精彩故事。
參與者包括:
- 從這個為柏金遜症患者的計劃中獲得顯著益處的舞者;
- 擁抱律動多樣性,並認同舞蹈對柏金遜症群體影響的教學藝術家;
- 促進藝術、社會福利和醫療部門跨界合作的藝術行政。

Speakers: Jockey Club Dance Well Project Team, Teaching Artists and Dancers
Content: In this event, you will have the opportunity to engage as a “reader” with a range of "human books" sharing their powerful stories about Dance Well.
Participants include:
-Dancers who gain significant benefits from classes designed to address symptoms of Parkinson's disease;
-Teaching artists who embrace the diversity of movement abilities and recognize the transformative impact of dance within the Parkinson’s community;
-Arts administrators who establish cross-sector partnerships among the arts, social welfare, and health sectors, while working to create an inclusive dance model for individuals affected by Parkinson's disease.
